After the truck has gone there is usually a remainder: furniture that would not fit, a mattress being replaced, packing debris and the contents of a few cupboards. These are small loads on a tight date, so the deadline is the thing to lead with when you get in touch.

If the place has already been cleaned and it is a matter of an empty room and a few items, that is usually a minimum pickup or an eighth of a load. Nothing is too small to book.
The date is the constraint rather than the volume. A closing, a lease end or a walkthrough on Friday morning gives us something to work backwards from. We cannot always fit a job in on the day it is asked for, so a few days of notice is worth more here than on most other jobs.
You do not need to be there. Leave a key with the agent or send us a door code. If you do not need to be present, approval and payment can be handled remotely, and payment is due when the agreed work is completed unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
What We Commonly Remove
- Furniture that did not fit the truck
- Mattresses and bed frames
- Appliances left behind
- Closet, pantry and garage leftovers
- Packing boxes and moving debris
Items We Cannot Accept
Hazardous and regulated materials are not accepted on any job: paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and explosives. See the full list of what we can and cannot take
Items Requiring Special Pricing or Approval
Televisions, appliances and tires carry a per-item disposal fee on top of the load price. Send photos first and we will confirm what we can take. See the current fees
How It Works
- Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
- Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
What is left after a move is usually a small load, so these often come in as a single item pickup or an eighth. Volume is the basis and the date is the constraint: short notice limits which day we can offer rather than changing the price itself.
