Appliance removal covers refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers and water heaters. We disconnect what is safe to disconnect, carry the unit out and take it to a facility set up to handle it. There is a per-appliance disposal fee on top of the load price, confirmed before pickup.

Large and small units come out in the same visit, so microwaves, small freezers and the clutter around the main appliance can go at the same time. The per-item fee applies to the major appliances rather than to every small item. Current fees are listed on our Pricing page and confirmed before pickup. Facility requirements and fees can change.
Disconnect what you can before we arrive. A water line still attached to a fridge or washer is usually something we can deal with on the day. A plumbed-in water heater or a hard-wired range needs a plumber or an electrician first, and we would rather say so than damage something on the way out.
Weight is not what you are charged for, but it decides how hard the job is. A full-size water heater still holding water is well over 300 pounds. Mention stairs and where the unit sits when you send photos, so the number we give you is the number you pay.

Items Requiring Special Pricing or Approval
Televisions, appliances and tires carry a per-item disposal fee on top of the load price. Send photos first and we will confirm what we can take. See the current fees
How It Works
- Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
- Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
Appliances are priced on the space they fill plus a per-item disposal fee for handling refrigerant and metals. Weight is not what you are charged for, but it decides how hard the job is: a full water heater at the bottom of a staircase is quoted differently from one in a garage.
