With an apartment it is the building that decides the work, not the pile. Floor level, lift access, where the truck can park and any move-out window matter as much as the volume. Tenant leave-behinds, mattresses, appliances, closet and balcony contents and kitchen cupboards all go in the same load.

The practical detail is what we need first: which floor, whether there is a lift and whether it can be reserved, where we are allowed to park, and whether the building restricts move-out hours. Several complexes around Charlotte and University City do.
Stairs and a long carry from a distant parking space add to the price. With that detail in hand a photo estimate is usually accurate enough that nobody has to visit twice.
You do not need to be present. Landlords and leasing offices can arrange remote access using a key or an approved door code where appropriate. If you do not need to be there, approval and payment can be handled remotely.
What We Commonly Remove
- Tenant leave-behind furniture
- Appliances and mattresses
- Boxes, bags and general clutter
- Balcony and patio items
Items We Cannot Accept
Hazardous and regulated materials are not accepted on any job: paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and explosives. See the full list of what we can and cannot take
Items Requiring Special Pricing or Approval
Televisions, appliances and tires carry a per-item disposal fee on top of the load price. Send photos first and we will confirm what we can take. See the current fees
How It Works
- Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
- Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
Apartment jobs are priced on volume, but the building decides how much labor that volume takes. Floor level, whether there is a lift, how far the parking sits from the door and any move-out window all feed into the quote, which is why we ask about them first.
