Two things change the job. If the only access is a pull-down ladder rather than a staircase, everything moves in armfuls and it takes longer. And if there is loose blown-in insulation across the floor, say so in advance so we arrive with the right protection.
If you cannot get up there safely to take a photo, do not. Say so when you get in touch and we will come and look ourselves, and that visit is free.
