Upfront pricing for junk removal, hauling and cleanout services across the Charlotte metro area and surrounding communities. Most standard jobs are priced by the amount of space your items take up in our 15 cubic yard trailer, not by the hour.
You pay for the space your items take up, not by the hour. Standard labor, loading, sweep-up and normal disposal are included in the number we quote. Certain heavy materials and specialty items may be priced separately.
One standard item, or a very small pickup.
A few small items, a few bags or boxes, or a small pile.
A small furniture pickup, several bags or boxes, or a small area cleanout.
A small room cleanout, part of a garage, or several pieces of furniture.
A larger garage or basement cleanout, multiple-room clutter, or a substantial furniture removal.
Large cleanouts and substantial household loads.
Two jobs that look similar can price differently. These are the things we look at when we put a number on your job, and the reason we ask for photos before quoting.
The main factor. You pay for the share of our 15 cubic yard trailer your items actually fill, from a single item pickup up to a full load.
Standard household junk is straightforward. Appliances, electronics, mattresses and tires can carry their own disposal or recycling charges.
A driveway pickup is quicker than a third-floor apartment or a backyard behind a locked gate. Long carries and narrow access add time.
Sheds, playsets, hot tubs and built-in furniture need taking apart before they can be loaded. That labor is priced into the quote.
Dense materials such as concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles weigh far more per cubic yard than household junk, and disposal is charged by weight.
Some items have to go to a specific facility rather than a general transfer station, which changes the disposal cost.
The load chart covers standard household and commercial junk. These jobs are quoted separately, and some materials we may not be able to accept at all. Ask us before the appointment and we will tell you either way.
Ask About Your JobSome items have an additional disposal or recycling fee. The current fees are listed below and confirmed before pickup. Facility requirements and fees can change.
Some items are subject to additional disposal or recycling fees charged by local facilities. These fees are added to the regular load-based price. Fees are based on current local disposal facility rates and may change if facility rates change.
A few wide shots plus anything large or unusual is enough for us to size the load.
We come back with a number and the earliest times we have available. Estimates are free.
On the day we confirm the final price on site. Nothing goes on the trailer until you approve it.
Payment is due once the work is done. We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App.
How load sizes are calculated, what is included, and what can change the number when we arrive.
Standard pricing starts at $99 for a single item or minimum pickup. A full 15-cubic-yard load starts at $599. Jobs can cost more if they require additional loads, heavy materials, special disposal, difficult access or extra labor. We confirm the price before loading begins.
Most standard jobs are priced by volume: you pay for the share of our 15 cubic yard trailer your items take up. The scale runs from a single item or minimum pickup, through 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 loads, up to a full load.
Item type, access and disposal requirements also affect the price, and televisions, appliances and tires carry a separate per-item disposal fee on top of the load. Current prices for every load size are listed on our pricing page.
Send a few clear photos and we can usually give you an estimate before we come out. We confirm the final price before loading. If the amount, access or material is different from what was shown, we will update the price first.
We estimate how much space your items will take up once they are loaded, not how much they weigh. A 1/8 load is roughly 1.9 cubic yards, a quarter load about 3.75, a half load about 7.5, and a full load up to 15. Photos let us size the job accurately before we arrive.
Standard labor, loading, sweep-up and normal disposal are included in the price we quote. Certain heavy materials and items with special disposal requirements are quoted separately, and we tell you before the material is loaded.
They can. Long carries, multiple flights of stairs, narrow access and items that need disassembly all add time to the job. Mention them when you request your estimate so the quote is accurate the first time.
Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles are handled differently from standard household junk and may require separate pricing or may not be accepted for a particular job. Send us photos before scheduling so we can confirm.
The estimate is based on the information and photos you send us. If the actual volume, access or material type is different from what we were shown, we will explain the change and confirm the new price with you before anything is loaded.
Yes. Follow us on social media and take 5% off your job. Mention it when you book so we can apply it to the estimate rather than adjusting it afterwards. It applies to the load price. Per-item disposal and recycling fees are separate, listed on our pricing page and confirmed before pickup either way.
Your final price is confirmed on site before loading begins. Once you approve it, that is what you pay for the agreed scope of work. Items added after the quote can change the price, and we confirm any change with you first.
Payment is due when the agreed work is complete. For larger or long-distance jobs a deposit may be required, and that is always disclosed before you confirm the booking. We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App.
Send a few clear photos and we can usually give you an estimate before we come out. Free and no obligation, and we confirm the final price before loading.
