A whole-property cleanout usually comes with a date attached, so that is where we start. Furniture and appliances from every room, plus the attic, basement, garage, any shed and whatever is left in the yard. Many jobs can be completed in one visit depending on volume and access, and larger ones can run across more than one.

These usually have a date attached to them, a closing, a listing or a lease end. Give us the date the property actually has to be empty rather than the date you would prefer, and about a week of notice makes a real difference to what we can schedule.
Tell us about any outbuildings so they can be included in the estimate. A shed or detached garage is easy to leave out when describing the job and it changes the volume noticeably. Stairs, a long driveway and restricted access are worth mentioning for the same reason.
When possible, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse options. Haulchemy does not issue charitable donation receipts, so if you need documentation for tax purposes it is worth setting those items aside and taking them in yourself before we come.
What We Commonly Remove
- Whole-property furniture and appliances
- Attic, basement and closet contents
- Estate and downsizing contents
- Garage and shed contents
- General household clutter
Items We Cannot Accept
Hazardous and regulated materials are not accepted on any job: paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and explosives. See the full list of what we can and cannot take
Items Requiring Special Pricing or Approval
Concrete, brick, dirt and roofing shingles are reviewed and priced separately, and televisions, appliances and tires carry a per-item disposal fee. Send photos first and we will confirm what we can take. See the current fees
How It Works
- Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
- Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
A whole-house cleanout is priced on total volume rather than by room. Larger jobs can be completed across more than one visit when needed, and any additional cost related to scheduling, access or additional loads is discussed before the work is approved. Access, stairs and how much of the attic, garage and shed is included are what move the number.
