Our Services

Junk Removal in Charlotte, NC & Surrounding Areas

Single items or full loads. We lift, load and haul away household and commercial junk.

Junk removal is our general service for households and businesses: you point at what needs to go, we lift it, load it and haul it away. Most jobs are priced by how much space the items take up in the trailer. You get an estimate first, and the final price is confirmed before anything is loaded.

Junk Removal: the Haulchemy dump trailer loaded with a mixed household job

We take furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, bagged household clutter, yard waste and light remodel debris. One item or a full property, residential or commercial. If it is a normal household or business item and it is not on the restricted list, send us a photo and we will confirm.

You do not need to move anything to the curb. We go to wherever the items are sitting, including upstairs rooms, garages, basements, attics and back yards. Tell us about stairs, long carries or narrow access when you send photos, because those add time and belong in the estimate rather than on the invoice.

Some items carry an additional disposal or recycling fee. Current fees are listed on our Pricing page and confirmed before pickup. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles are reviewed separately and may not be accepted on a given job.

How It Works

  1. Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
  2. Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
  3. We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
  4. We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.

How Pricing Works

Junk removal is priced by the share of our 15 cubic yard trailer your items fill, from a single item up to a full load. Item type matters on top of that: televisions, appliances and tires carry their own per-item disposal fee, added to the load price rather than hidden inside it.

One piece, taken from wherever it is sitting. A single armchair, one mattress, a dead treadmill in the basement. It starts at $99 and you do not need to move it to the curb first. If there is a second item, the job usually moves onto the load scale instead.

No. The crew and the equipment come with us, and we go to wherever the items are sitting: upstairs rooms, garages, basements, attics and back yards. Long carries and flights of stairs add time to a job and show up in the estimate, so mention them when you send photos.

Most standard household and commercial junk is priced by trailer volume rather than by the hour. Dense or unusually heavy materials are reviewed separately. The scale runs from a minimum pickup, through an eighth, a quarter, a half and three quarters, up to a full load, and photos are usually enough for us to place a pile on that scale.

Televisions, appliances and tires. The recycling facility charges a per-item fee for handling them and it is added to the load price rather than hidden inside it. Current amounts are listed on our pricing page and confirmed before pickup, and facility fees can change.

We tell you before anything is loaded. An estimate from photos is a starting point; the final price is confirmed on site, so a job that turns out to be half again as big does not become an argument at the end. Nothing goes on the trailer until you have agreed the number.
