Most garages fill up one weekend at a time, and clearing one is a single job rather than a series of trips: shelving, workbenches, bikes, sports and lawn equipment, stored boxes, old furniture and appliances. Volume varies a lot with how full the space is, so we price it from photos and confirm on site. Basic sweep-up is included.

You do not need to sort anything first. We can work through a full space as it stands. The one thing that has to come out beforehand is anything hazardous: paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pesticides and propane cylinders cannot go in the trailer at all. Set those aside and we will take everything else.
Tell us in advance about shelving that is bolted into the studs. Fixed units take real time to bring down compared with a freestanding rack, and that belongs in the estimate rather than being discovered on the day. Workbenches and mounted tool storage are the same.
Photos from the door looking in are the most useful thing you can send, plus anything large hiding behind the car. A lightly cluttered garage may be a partial load, while a packed one can take a full load or more.
What We Commonly Remove
- Shelving, workbenches and tool storage
- Bicycles, sports and lawn equipment
- Boxes, bins and general clutter
- Old furniture and appliances
- Paint-free scrap wood and metal
Items We Cannot Accept
Hazardous and regulated materials are not accepted on any job: paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and explosives. See the full list of what we can and cannot take
Items Requiring Special Pricing or Approval
Concrete, brick, dirt and roofing shingles are reviewed and priced separately, and televisions, appliances and tires carry a per-item disposal fee. Send photos first and we will confirm what we can take. See the current fees
How It Works
- Send Photos or Tell Us About the Job Tell us what needs to go and send a few photos if you can. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
- Get an Upfront Estimate We review the job and send you a clear estimate, along with a time that works for you.
- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
A garage is priced on how much of the trailer its contents fill, which varies far more than the size of the garage suggests. Shelving and workbenches bolted into the studs add labor, and hazardous items have to be set aside before we load rather than priced in.
