These jobs run to a timetable that is not ours. You give us the date and we work to it, removing furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, clothing, boxes, kitchen and bathroom contents and anything on the balcony or in a storage locker.
We do not advise on the legal side. North Carolina has requirements about notice and about what must happen to a tenant’s belongings, and those are a matter for you and your attorney rather than for a hauling company. Confirm your obligations before the removal date.
Tell us about the storage locker so it can be included in the estimate. It can add a noticeable amount to the load. A full unit is usually larger than it looks from the doorway.
Once you tell us the unit is legally clear to empty, you do not need to be present. When possible, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse options, depending on their condition and what the receiving organization is accepting at the time.

Items We Cannot Accept

- We Confirm the Price, Then Load Nothing is loaded until you approve the final price. We handle the lifting and sweep up after.
- We Sort & Dispose Responsibly When practical, usable items may be routed to donation or reuse, and recyclable materials may be separated. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
How Pricing Works
These are priced on volume like any other cleanout, and a full unit is usually a larger load than it looks from the doorway. If the property needs more than one run we will say so from the photos rather than after the first load has already left.
