The word doing the work in the name is light. Drywall offcuts, lumber, flooring and carpet tear-out, cabinets, countertops, doors, windows and trim are squarely in range; masonry is not. Debris is quoted job by job rather than read off the load chart, because what the material is matters more than how much room it takes.
Concrete, brick, block, mortar, soil, gravel, roofing shingles and tile are handled separately from standard debris and may require separate pricing or may not be accepted for a particular job. A trailer fills up on volume with household material and on weight with masonry. For a load that is mostly masonry, a dumpster rental or a specialist hauler is usually the better tool and we will say so.
Anything containing asbestos, or suspected of containing it, is outside what we handle. Older popcorn ceilings, floor tile and pipe insulation are the usual suspects, and those should be evaluated and handled by a qualified asbestos professional.
Stack the debris before we arrive if you can. Material that is already piled loads far faster than the same amount spread across three rooms, and that difference shows up in the price. Send photos and you get a number before anything moves.
