This service can be used for lease endings, tenant turnovers, completed fit-outs and stockroom cleanouts, covering office furniture and cubicles, retail fixtures and shelving, warehouse and pallet cleanouts and office electronics. Tell us the available service window and roughly what is going, and we will estimate it from photos and confirm the price on site.
For commercial jobs with specific building access or scheduling requirements, tell us the available service window and we will confirm availability. Weekend service may be available with advance notice. Where a building requires a loading bay booking or a service lift reservation, we work to that.
Tell us the date the space has to be empty and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it. A floor cleared over a weekend needs notice; the same job asked for the next morning may not be possible.
Televisions and monitors carry the additional per-item fee shown on our Pricing page, and other electronics are reviewed based on the item and its disposal requirements. Counting the screens before you ask for a quote makes the estimate right the first time. Certificates of insurance can be provided where a building or association requires one.

Items We Cannot Accept

How Pricing Works
Commercial jobs are priced on volume, with the schedule as the other variable. Out-of-hours work, loading bay bookings and service lift reservations are normal and are built into the quote. Office screens carry the same per-item disposal fee they do anywhere else.
